Complete perimeter safety guardrail system for creating protected zones along warehouse walls, pedestrian walkways, equipment areas, and building infrastructure. Multi-section double-rail guardrail runs create continuous barrier protection in any length required. Each section consists of vertical posts with two horizontal steel rail bars at mid-height and top-height, providing a solid physical barrier between forklift traffic and protected areas. Safety yellow powder-coat finish provides maximum visibility to equipment operators. Heavy-gauge structural steel construction engineered to absorb and deflect forklift impacts up to 10,000 lbs at 4 mph without catastrophic failure. Floor-mounted with heavy-duty base plates and concrete expansion anchors for permanent, solid installation. Modular bolt-together design allows straight runs, 90-degree corners, T-intersections, and swing gate sections to be combined for complete facility protection layouts. Used to protect personnel walkways, electrical panels, fire suppression equipment, dock doors, building columns, and any area where forklift traffic poses a risk.
