Professional Grade R twin welding hose for oxy-acetylene welding and cutting. 100-foot length provides maximum reach for large-scale fabrication, construction sites, shipyards, and industrial applications where cylinders cannot be moved close to work. 1/4" (6.3mm) inside diameter maintains consistent gas flow even over extended lengths. Green hose for oxygen, red hose for acetylene - universal color coding for safety identification. Grade R (Reinforced) rubber construction rated for acetylene, propane, propylene, MAPP, and natural gas fuels. Working pressure: 200 PSI (oxygen), 200 PSI (fuel gas). Burst pressure: 800 PSI minimum. Test pressure: 400 PSI. Temperature range: -20°F to 150°F (-29°C to 65°C). Heavy-duty oil, abrasion, weather, and flame resistant outer cover designed for demanding industrial environments. Double-braid reinforced with high-tensile synthetic yarn for superior strength, flexibility, and kink resistance. Twin hoses permanently vulcanized together - prevents tangling and keeps lines organized over long runs. Standard B fittings: 9/16"-18 RH (oxygen - green Type A nut) and 9/16"-18 LH (acetylene - red Type B nut). Premium brass fittings factory-crimped on both ends.
