Premium zirconiated tungsten electrodes (WZ8) with white color-coded tip. 1/16" (1.6mm) diameter x 7" (175mm) length. Contains 0.7-0.9% zirconium oxide for superior AC welding performance. Specifically designed for AC welding of aluminum and magnesium alloys where pure tungsten doesn't provide adequate performance. Forms a stable, balled tip that resists contamination better than pure tungsten. Excellent arc stability with reduced tungsten spitting. Non-radioactive and safer than thoriated alternatives. Suitable for 10-60A AC welding current range. Ground finish surface. AWS A5.12M/A5.12 compliant. 10 pack.
