Heavy-duty steel roller conveyor decks retrofit into standard pallet rack beam levels to create gravity flow lanes for pallets, heavy cases, drums, and other large loads. Each deck section consists of precision steel rollers mounted on heavy-gauge side frames that sit directly on existing pallet rack beams — no special frame modifications required. Rollers are spaced and sized to support your specific load weight and dimensions. Standard roller diameters from 1.9" to 3.5" in galvanized steel or zinc-plated steel for corrosion resistance. Roller spacing is matched to load size to ensure smooth, continuous flow. Decks can be installed flat for manual push positioning or pitched at a slight angle for gravity flow applications. When used as gravity flow, pallets or cases loaded at one end roll by gravity to the other end for first-in first-out (FIFO) inventory management. Color-coded lane labels and location markers (as shown) facilitate organized slotting and warehouse management system (WMS) integration. Available in standard widths to match common pallet rack beam spans of 8 to 12 feet. Custom widths and roller configurations available.
