Heavy-duty double-rail rack end aisle guard provides critical protection at the most vulnerable points in your warehouse - the ends of pallet rack rows where forklift traffic crosses. Dual steel rail design absorbs and deflects forklift impacts that would otherwise strike the exposed end frames of your racking system. A direct hit to an unprotected rack upright can collapse an entire rack bay, causing catastrophic inventory loss and serious injury. These end-of-aisle guards create a sacrificial barrier that takes the hit instead of your racking. Constructed from heavy structural steel tubing with safety yellow powder-coat finish meeting OSHA high-visibility requirements. Two 42" high vertical posts with two horizontal rails bolted to a heavy steel base plate. Base plates anchor to the concrete floor with expansion bolts (included). Designed to stop and deflect low-speed forklift impacts without transferring force to the rack structure. Available in standard widths to match common rack frame depths. Compatible with all major rack frame manufacturers. Quick bolt-down installation. An OSHA-recommended best practice for all rack end locations exposed to forklift traffic.
