Push back racking delivers high-density storage with more pick faces than traditional deep-lane systems. Pallets sit on nested carts that ride on inclined rails - when a new pallet is loaded, it pushes the existing pallets back. When a front pallet is removed, gravity feeds the next pallet forward to the pick face. Available in 2 to 6 deep configurations, each position handles up to 3,000 lbs. Uses a Last In, First Out (LIFO) method. Standard designs accommodate CPC and GMA pallets, but custom configurations for non-standard pallet sizes and heavier loads are available. Push back takes up less floor space than pallet flow systems and can be set up as back-to-back bays or standalone rows. An excellent choice for operations that need more density than selective racking without dedicating full aisles to drive-in lanes. All systems custom-engineered to your layout.
