Self-closing pallet rack safety gate protects personnel from fall hazards at elevated rack pick levels, mezzanine edges, and loading dock platforms. Spring-loaded hinge mechanism automatically returns the gate to the closed position after each use, ensuring continuous fall protection without relying on workers to manually close the gate. Constructed from heavy-gauge welded steel tubing with safety yellow powder-coat finish for high visibility. Dual horizontal rails meet OSHA 1910.29 guardrail requirements for fall prevention at heights of 4 feet or more. Gate mounts directly to rack uprights, mezzanine columns, or wall surfaces using bolt-on brackets (included). Standard gate widths from 24" to 48" to span rack bays and mezzanine openings. Gate height is 42" to meet railing code requirements. Includes "DANGER - Fall Hazard" warning signage. Essential safety component for any elevated storage, picking, or work platform where personnel access is required. Also available in dual-gate and swing-through configurations for loaded pallet pass-through applications.
