Pallet flow (gravity flow) racking is the go-to solution for First In, First Out (FIFO) inventory management in high-throughput warehouses. Pallets are loaded at the back of the system and roll forward on inclined roller conveyors or wheel tracks to the pick face at the front. When the front pallet is removed, the next one automatically advances. This dynamic system dramatically increases picking efficiency and ensures perfect stock rotation for perishable goods, dated products, and high-velocity SKUs. Available in depths from 2 to 20+ pallets depending on your flow requirements. Load and unload from separate aisles for maximum labour efficiency.
