Nexalloy ER4047 aluminum MIG welding wire. 0.035" (0.9mm) diameter on 1lb spool. 12% silicon content for high fluidity and low shrinkage. AWS A5.10 and CWB certified. Originally formulated for brazing - excellent for MIG, TIG, and brazing applications. Narrow freeze range with low melting point (1070-1080°F). Good corrosion and hot cracking resistance. For 1060, 1350, 3003, 3004, 5005, 5050, 6053, 6061 and cast alloys. Tensile strength: 27,500 psi. Post-anodizing color: gray-black. Use with 100% Argon.
