Premium copper-coated mild steel MIG welding wire for heavy industrial applications. ER70S-6 classification per AWS A5.18. 0.045" (1.2mm) diameter for high deposition rate on thick materials. Heavy-duty 44lb steel spool with 12" diameter. Excellent for multi-pass welds on structural steel, heavy equipment, and shipbuilding. High silicon and manganese deoxidizers handle rusty and scaled surfaces. Superior impact toughness at low temperatures. Tensile strength: 70,000 PSI minimum. Recommended for 300-500A applications. Use with 75/25 Ar/CO2 or 100% CO2.
