A rack supported mezzanine integrates your pallet racking and elevated platform into one unified system. The racking uprights serve double duty as the structural support columns for the mezzanine deck above, eliminating redundant steel and saving significant cost compared to separate racking and mezzanine installations. Ground level functions as high-density pallet storage accessible by forklift, while the upper mezzanine level provides additional storage, picking, packing, or work space accessible by staircase or conveyor. This hybrid approach maximizes your cubic space utilization in a single, engineered structure. Load capacities are independently calculated for both the racking and the platform deck. Available with all standard mezzanine features: code-compliant handrails, multiple staircase and gate configurations, and various flooring options. Engineered drawings available.
