Premium E7018 low hydrogen iron powder coated stick electrodes. AWS A5.1 classification. 5/32" (4.0mm) diameter x 14" length. Heavy-duty low hydrogen electrode for high-deposition structural and pressure vessel welding. AC or DCEP polarity. Smooth arc with excellent bead appearance. High deposition rate for production welding on thick sections. All-position capability (flat/horizontal preferred at this size). Critical for code work on high-strength and crack-sensitive steels. Store in rod oven at 250-300°F. Amperage range: 160-220A. Tensile strength: 70,000 PSI minimum. 10lb hermetically sealed can.
