Premium E7018 low hydrogen iron powder coated stick electrodes. AWS A5.1 classification. 3/32" (2.4mm) diameter x 12" length. Low hydrogen electrode for crack-sensitive and high-strength steel applications. AC or DCEP polarity. Smooth, quiet arc with medium penetration and excellent bead profile. All-position capability. Critical for structural steel, pressure vessels, and code work. Store in rod oven at 250-300°F after opening. Amperage range: 50-130A. Tensile strength: 70,000 PSI minimum. 10lb hermetically sealed can.
