This high-density system stores pallets two deep on each side of the aisle, significantly increasing storage capacity over standard selective racking while still maintaining good product accessibility. Requires a deep-reach forklift for back-position access. Ideal for operations with multiple pallets of the same SKU where FIFO rotation is not critical. Heavy-duty welded upright frames range from 36" to 72" depths and up to 32 feet high. Beam capacities from 2,000 to 8,000 lbs per pair available. Each system is engineered to your specific warehouse layout, ceiling height, and load requirements. Powder-coated steel with safety beam locks. Reduces required aisle space by up to 40% compared to selective racking.
