Premium copper MIG nozzle with standard tapered profile and machined retention groove for secure positioning. High-purity copper construction delivers superior thermal conductivity for excellent heat dissipation during high-amperage welding. The gradual taper provides good visibility while maintaining optimal shielding gas coverage. The retention groove ensures the nozzle seats securely on the MIG gun assembly and prevents slippage during welding. Copper's natural anti-spatter properties reduce maintenance and extend nozzle life. Precision-machined internal bore ensures consistent gas flow distribution around the contact tip. Suitable for general fabrication and production welding up to 350A. Compatible with standard MIG gun diffusers from Tweco, Lincoln Magnum, Bernard, and similar manufacturers.
