Premium copper MIG contact tip with standard cylindrical profile and smooth rounded dome end. High-purity copper construction delivers superior electrical conductivity and excellent heat dissipation. The smooth cylindrical body with machined identification flat provides consistent wire guidance and easy handling. The rounded dome end ensures smooth wire exit and reduces wire catching during arc initiation. Standard fine-pitch external thread at the base ensures secure retention in gas diffuser assemblies. Heat-treated copper resists erosion and burnback during welding up to 300A. Compatible with Tweco #1/#2, Lincoln Magnum 100/200, Bernard, and similar light to medium-duty MIG guns.
