Carton flow racking optimizes order picking for loose cases, cartons, and totes using the same gravity-fed FIFO principle as pallet flow - but at the carton level. Tilted roller lanes or wheel beds feed product from the replenishment side to the pick face, ensuring workers always pick the oldest stock first. Dramatically reduces walking time and increases picks per hour compared to static shelving. Ideal for e-commerce fulfillment, parts distribution, and any operation where fast, accurate piece picking is critical. Standard configurations fit within selective or structural racking frames. Available in depths from 2 to 10+ cartons deep. Roller lanes are adjustable to accommodate different carton sizes within the same bay. Integrates easily with conveyor systems and pick-to-light technology for automated order fulfillment.
