Multi-level carton flow pick module combines multiple levels of carton flow tracks within a structural rack system to create a high-density, high-throughput order picking workstation. Each level features full-width skate wheel or roller tracks that gravity-feed cartons and totes from the replenishment side to the pick face. Pickers work the front face across multiple vertical levels, picking items from dozens of SKU positions without leaving their station. The structural rack framework supports walkway platforms, conveyors, and mezzanine levels above and below the pick module for additional storage or conveyor takeaway integration. Blue structural steel columns and orange cross-bracing provide rigidity for multi-level configurations up to 40 feet high. Tracks are individually adjustable for pitch and width to handle your full range of carton sizes. Lane dividers, label holders, and pick-to-light integration brackets are available for high-accuracy picking requirements.
